Holy Trinity School recognizes that there is no better way to invest in the heart, mind and soul of our precious children than with a Catholic education. Our mission is to provide a challenging curriculum infused with Catholic values. Students participate in numerous community and global outreach opportunities, competitive sports, and art, music and technology classes. By educating the “whole” child , we prepare our graduates to enter into their communities as high achievers who are productive, compassionate and self-directed individuals. We invite you to schedule a tour of our safe, secure campus to experience all that Holy Trinity School has to offer.

Our new principal, Mrs. Marentez, comes to us from Good Shepherd Catholic School, where she was both student and teacher! A graduate of Academy of Our Lady of Peace, Mrs. Marentez received her Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Liberal Studies and Chicano Studies and her Preliminary Multiple Subject Teaching Credential at California State University, Northridge. Her Multiple Subject Teaching Credential was cleared through UC San Diego Extension and she earned an English as a New Language (ENL) Certification at the University of Notre Dame in South Bend, Indiana. Mrs. Marentez’s most recent achievement was earning her Masters of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership and Preliminary Administrative Credential at Point Loma Nazarene University.

With her extensive educational background, it’s no wonder Mrs. Marentez has found great success as a teacher, technology leader, and Student Success Team (SST) leader, helping to meet the diverse needs of her students. In her spare time, Mrs. Marentez enjoys watching and playing a variety of sports with her husband, teaching and playing the ukulele, and stand-up paddle boarding with her English bulldog, Bolt.

We are so excited to welcome Mrs. Marentez into the Holy Trinity family and can't wait for you to meet her, too!

We hope you’re all enjoying your summer! We’ve been hard at work here at Holy Trinity School, welcoming our new principal, Mrs. Julia Marentez, and our new pastor, Father Rey Manahan (not to be confused with our associate pastor, Father Rey Evangelista!). Mrs. Marentez and Father Rey come to us with a wealth of education, experience, excitement, and energy! Stay tuned this week to learn more about the newest members of our administrative staff and why we’re so lucky they’re making HT their home. You’ll also have a chance to meet them at the Back-to-School Splash on Saturday, August 17! ... See MoreSee Less
