Team 2485, The W.A.R. Lords, is a nationally recognized FIRST robotics team from Francis Parker High School. They created a comprehensive educational outreach program, OrionEd, designed to educate and inspire elementary, middle, and high school students about STEM. This program includes hands-on robotics, which features fun demos and interactive stations. They have held this educational workshop regionally and internationally, reaching over 2,600 students. Last Monday they visited The Nativity School’s first-fourth graders as part of an introduction to engineering, STEM, and robotics programming.
